Natalie is a bubbly, sweet young lady. She relishes in social connections but thrives in one-on-one interactions. Natalie is funny and loves to laugh. She can be very caring and nurturing with a soft side. Natalie loves to cuddle up and watch a good movie or cartoon. She is creative, enjoying coloring and making crafts. Natalie finds peace in music and can often be heard signing. She is quite the helper and likes to clean-especially windows! Natalie is very happy outdoors and is drawn to water. Swimming is one of her favorite activities. Natalie embraces her girly side and adores spending time on her make-up, hair and nails.

 

Natalie works hard at school and is always making progress. She engages well with school personnel and attends class regularly. Natalie’s favorite subject is math because it is so much fun!

 KAITLYN 

2004

Expressive and outgoing, Kaitlyn is sure to be the center of attention. Born in 2004, this sweet, sensitive, young lady is clearly not your typical princess. While she would excitedly spend the day at the spa, a trip to the park or library also brings a smile to her face.   Music is a huge part of her life, as she is always listening to one of her favorite songs on her MP3 player. Kaitlyn is waiting for a fun, happy, and generous forever family to compliment her creative spirit.

    LEON    

2005

Leon is a respectful and polite young man that enjoys playing first-person action-adventure video games, playing, and watching sports, such as basketball, and joking around. A previous caseworker states, “Leon is quiet at first but loves to joke around once he gets to know you and that’s when he will let his guard down and talk more.” Leon also enjoys eating seafood, listening to R&B and rap music, going camping, and gardening.

Leon describes one of his best qualities as being a shoulder to lean on for his friends and states, “I’m most thankful for my friends.”

 KARL 

2006

Karl is a very sweet and comical young man who loves to help, even when it’s not asked of him.  He enjoys making crafts, woodworking, building things, playing video games and card games, going swimming and participating in school sports. Karl has also shown a desire play tackle football and he has recently joined boy scouts. Karl loves watching football and following his favorite team, the Giants!

 

Karl’s favorite subject in school is math and his least favorite is reading. He aspires to be a carpenter where he can use his hands to build things. His other vocational goal is to enroll in the army.

  

Karl wants to find a family that is very active with him, whether it’s going out to see a new movie in theaters or helping him pursue activities such as boy scouts or football. He loves animals, especially big dogs and gets along well with younger children.

 Ian 

2009

Ian is a very friendly child. When initially meeting someone, he tends to be shy but once he gets to know you, he opens up and loves to talk. He is honest and will let you know exactly how he feels. He enjoys one-on-one interaction and loves to laugh and joke around. Ian is caring and protective of those he cares about. He is energetic and states that he likes to help work on cars. He enjoys electronics and playing games on coolmath.com.

Ian would very much enjoy a forever family who lives in the country and has animals to take care of. He would love to live on a farm or live close to the mall as he identifies those as some of his favorite places.

2005

Rachel is a friendly, young lady. Rachel is funny and outgoing.  Rachel loves to play games and watch funny videos. She is creative, she enjoys making funny videos of herself and designing the perfect avatars on her games.  Rachel finds meaning in music and can often be found looking up music videos on YouTube. Rachel has her own sense of style. Rachel often does different things with her hair, nails, make-up, and outfits to distinguish her own unique look. Rachel earns passing grades and attends school regularly.

Brent is a kind and entertaining young man. He enjoys telling jokes, singing, and seeing people smile. One of Brent’s favorite hobbies is writing holiday cards for others, especially those who are going through a difficult time. He enjoys making crafts, drawing pictures, and designing. Brent loves school and takes pride in getting good grades. Regarding his future, Brent says, “I just want a family who will accept me and love me for who I am.” Brent would thrive in a family who is loving, affectionate, and empathetic.

James is a funny and entertaining young man. He enjoys telling people facts about mythology and other subjects of interest of his. James has a very big imagination. James enjoys writing his own comics and creating characters for his stories. James gets good grades in school.  A'Mauri 

2012

This charming little boy has been described by others as eager to please, strong, resilient, and loving! He enjoys watching television, playing videogames, playing with toys and cars, drawing, and helping others. He recently developed an interest in Pokémon.

Meet Wancha! This sweet little girl is described by her foster mother as humble, helpful, and a joy to be around. She is content playing with Legos and coloring, but really enjoys one-on-one activities, like watching movies and playing board games. Wancha loves trips to the library to pick up the latest volume of her favorite series about kids her age. She loves unicorns, specifically books about unicorns. When she isn’t reading or spending time with her foster mom, she is most content outdoors riding her bike, skating, or playing at the playground.

  Josiah & Elijah 

2009 & 2018

Josiah is a sweet and personable young man. Some of his favorite

things to do are play outside, ride his bike, and help his current caregiver work on cars. Josiah can be shy at first, but once he gets to know you, he is very bubbly! He absolutely loves his younger brother, Elijah, and is very bonded to him. Josiah enjoys wrestling with his brother and going to the park with him. Josiah’s current caregiver says “Joe is such a character everyone loves him." Josiah loves to show people; his favorite music videos on his tablet; his wrestling belts; and some of his other choice toys.

Elijah is described as a very active, happy, personable, and social

child who loves to play. He loves to play outside and go swimming

whenever he gets the chance. Elijah’s current caregiver says, “he is always on the go doing something”. He enjoys superheroes and playing with all his toy construction vehicles. Elijah enjoys playing with his friends and older brother, Josiah.

He likes spicy foods and does not like anything bland. Jaxson has tried all types of seafood and loves ice cream. Jaxson enjoys exploring his surroundings and going to new places. Jaxson loves going in the pool; one of his caregivers stated, “he is a fish in the water.”
